2. Description of Services

SkillPayApp provides a platform connecting mentors with individuals seeking professional guidance. We facilitate scheduling, video calls, messaging, and payment processing between users. SkillPayApp is not a party to the mentorship relationship and does not guarantee the quality of advice provided.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By using our payment services, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your sessions
  • A 5% service fee for learners on each transaction
  • A 15% platform fee for mentors on each transaction
  • Stripe's terms and conditions for payment processing

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to circumvent our payment system
  • Share false or misleading information

6. Limitation of Liability

SkillPayApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
